Chief Financial Officer - Remote

Overview

The CFO will serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and Board, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring ASC 606-compliant reporting, managing external debt obligations, supporting aggressive M&A activities, and driving both organic and inorganic growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including prior CFO or VP experience.
• Expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition for software resellers and SaaS.
• M&A experience with financial due diligence and integration.
• Strong background in debt management.
• Proven ability to build scalable infrastructure in high-growth environments.
• Experience presenting to Boards and managing investor relations.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
