Overview

Join Keycafe as an Associate-level Intercompany Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end tasks across multiple entities, working closely with the CFO.

In Short

• Daily bookkeeping across four company files using QuickBooks Online.
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end journals and core reports.
• Maintain intercompany schedules and prepare Transfer Pricing entries.
• Support vendor onboarding and invoice processing.
• Utilize project management software to manage tasks effectively.
• Propose automations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with the CFO.
• Work with modern tools like Asana and Google Drive.
• Contribute to a global SaaS platform.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a strong foundation in accounting.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Dext preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration.
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting and Transfer Pricing.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time.
