Overview

Keycafe is seeking a Head of Capital Formation & Ventures to own our capital strategy, drive financing initiatives, and engineer shareholder liquidity and value across our global SaaS/IoT platform and new venture opportunities.

• Lead all capital formation activities — equity, debt, and hybrid financings.
• Build and maintain a deep investor network.
• Engineer shareholder liquidity through secondary transactions.
• Develop and execute financing strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Oversee financial positioning and investor communications.
