Training Developer (HAM/SAM) - Remote

Overview

Kentro is seeking an experienced Training Developer to support our Department of Veterans Affairs VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States.

In Short

• Lead the design and implementation of training content for a customized hardware and software asset management solution.
• Engage with a multi-disciplined audience to ensure effective training content.
• Develop and maintain a training documentation repository.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for end-user adoption.
• Integrate user feedback into training curriculum and documentation.
• Utilize software automation tools like ServiceNow for effective training.
• Implement change management initiatives with VA stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes for efficiency improvements.
• Create templates and presentations using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Prepare annual reports on documentation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in developing comprehensive training programs.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messaging.
• Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio for workflow diagrams.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Outlook integration.
