Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Kentro is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sr. Business Analyst to focus on VA’s Direct Messaging products and their nationwide expansion. The ideal candidate will support operations services for the Oracle Health Federal Electronic Health Record Direct and legacy VA Direct solutions.

In Short

• Work on VA Direct and VHIE program support.
• Develop project artifacts and maintain updates in SharePoint.
• Provide meeting support and facilitate business requirement development.
• Identify, track, and manage risks and issues.
• Communicate with project stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with VA medical center staff and external providers.
• Facilitate use case implementations and maintain schedules.
• Assess operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Perform analysis to inform future plans and strategy.
• Support post-go live and validation processes.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and project management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in SharePoint.
• Ability to manage risks and issues effectively.
• Knowledge of health information exchange processes.
• Experience with use case documentation and implementation.
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work remotely and support Eastern Time hours.
