Overview

The Foreign Service Staffing Lead serves as the Division Chief for the Foreign Service Staffing Branch, overseeing global human capital services for Foreign Service personnel.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of HR Specialists.

• Conduct nationwide studies of FSS programs for compliance.
• Monitor performance of HR systems and contractor support services.
• Regular on-site presence in VA required.
