Settlement Attorney - Remote

Overview

Keller Postman seeks a Settlement Attorney to support its practice of representing a broad array of clients as plaintiffs in complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels. The Settlement Attorney will focus on the efficient and compliant execution of complex mass tort settlements.

• Focus on executing complex mass tort settlements.

• Review Master Settlement Agreements (MSAs).
• Draft and manage execution of settlement documents.
• Conduct legal research related to settlement structuring.
• Maintain documentation and settlement data using Excel.
• Communicate with clients to collect settlement documents.
• Work in a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
• Base salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 per year.
• Requires a J.D. and active bar license.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience.
• Experience in settlement administration or complex litigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong drafting skills for settlement agreements.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
