Systems Support Engineer (Night Shift) - Remote

Overview

Keeper is hiring a driven Systems Support Engineer to join our B2B support team. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

In Short

• Join an elite team of Systems Support Engineers.
• Provide technical support for clients.
• Respond to phone, email, and online requests for support.
• Assist customers in the installation and deployment of software.
• Track and monitor support cases for timely resolution.
• Communicate technical issues to various teams and customers.
• Work Monday to Friday, 6:00pm-2:00am CT.
• Represent customer issues to ensure product quality.
• Escalate critical customer situations as needed.
• Document and find solutions for customer problems.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles is a plus.
• Experience with software deployment and client relations.
