QA Automation Engineer, Performance - Remote

Overview

Keeper Security is hiring a highly motivated and experienced QA Automation Engineer specializing in performance testing to focus on load, stress, and scalability testing of our enterprise-grade applications. This role is 100% remote, with the option of a hybrid schedule for candidates located in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro areas.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain automated performance test suites for Keeper’s applications and backend services.
• Plan and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to validate system performance under varying conditions.
• Build performance test frameworks and pipelines integrated with CI/CD environments.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to optimize system performance.
• Develop and maintain test data, scenarios, and reporting dashboards for continuous visibility into performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish performance benchmarks and SLAs.
• Use monitoring tools and profiling techniques to identify system-level performance issues (CPU, memory, I/O, latency).
• Provide recommendations and documentation on performance improvements and testing strategies.

Requirements

• Strong experience in QA automation and performance testing.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
• Experience with load and stress testing tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
