Overview

The Bilingual (French) Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs and materials aimed at educating business customers and partners on the functionalities, features, and best practices related to Keeper services.

• Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure proficiency in using Keeper products.
• Create engaging training materials, including guides and webinars.
• Provide virtual training sessions, ensuring participation and interaction.
• Assess training needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain records of customer configurations and communications.
• Organize training materials for easy access and reference.
• Work aligned with Irish Standard Time (IST) from the United States.
• Communicate with customers in French and English.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience in training or instructional design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity products is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
