Overview

KeenLogic is seeking to hire a Tier III Technical Support Specialist. This is a full-time position offering Fortune 500-level benefits, including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and life insurance. This is a hybrid role based in Washington, D.C.

In Short

  • Provide high-level technical support to executive staff.
  • Deliver on-site support for mobile devices, hardware installations, and software troubleshooting.
  • Assist with installation and configuration of House-supported applications.
  • Act as an escalation point for advanced technical issues.
  • Maintain and expand a knowledge base for software and hardware tools.
  • Use PowerShell for automation tasks.
  • Support remote connectivity and client access.
  • Perform data migration tasks ensuring security and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of advanced-level support experience with various operating systems.
  • 3+ years of experience with remote access software and VPN support.
  • Physical requirement: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • CompTIA certifications preferred.
