Overview

The Tier I Service Desk Representative will provide IT support to House office staff located in Washington, D.C. and nationwide district offices, operating within a Call Center environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years supporting macOS and remote access tools.
  • 3+ years in IT call center environments.
  • 5+ years using incident management systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
