Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
  • Comfortable multitasking while assisting customers.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional under pressure.
  • Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows, printers, or networking is a plus.
  • Motivated and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable following processes without deviation.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • At least one technical or customer service certification preferred.
