Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Software Engineer will work with KBR's National Security Solutions team, providing advanced technology solutions to enhance national security through software development and mentorship.

In Short

• Develop software adapters for TENA and CHEETAS products.
• Experience in .NET, SQL, KAFKA, REST API, and web technologies.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
• Work in an Agile software development environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, and web application technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Git and Jira.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Experience in government/defense labs is preferred.
• Knowledge of distributed testing and training.
• Experience with DoD Acquisition programs is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical design abilities.
