Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager will play a critical role within the Program Management Office (PMO), responsible for planning, managing, and delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives that support strategic priorities, operational performance, and technology adoption.

In Short

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects or small‑to‑mid‑sized programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, resource needs, and success metrics.
• Drive day‑to‑day execution, ensuring work stays on track and aligned to business objectives.
• Facilitate regular project and program meetings, track action items, and proactively escalate risks or issues.
• Support or lead the implementation and adoption of project and program management tools.
• Partner with PMO leadership, IT, and business teams to define workflows, reporting standards, and tool configurations.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decisions.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder communications and training coordination.
• Contribute to PMO process improvement efforts, including enhancements to templates and reporting.
• Must be comfortable maintaining discretion and confidentiality around sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in project or program management within cross‑functional environments.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or administering project management tools.
• Experience partnering with procurement and managing vendor‑related project work.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
