In Short

  • Lead Financial Analyst role in the Finance team.
  • Streamline business processes and drive capital efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to define KPIs.
  • Support strategic initiatives including fundraising and M&A evaluation.
  • Deliver insights on budgeting, forecasting, and corporate strategy.
  • Utilize AI and automation tools for process improvement.
  • Present financial insights to executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various business departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes.
  • Work in a globally distributed team.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of Finance/FP&A experience in SaaS or investment banking.
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel.
  • Understanding of valuation methods and transaction structures.
  • Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Exposure to AI/automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
  • Experience with planning tools is a plus.
