Overview

Kalderos is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead covered entity stakeholders through the adoption and production use of our drug discount and rebate products, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.

In Short

  • Recruit and support covered entities through onboarding and production operations.
  • Proactive account monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues with Kalderos solutions.
  • Work with product, sales, and design teams as a subject matter expert.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency in execution activities.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on new features and changes.
  • Gather information for status updates and business reviews.
  • Monitor success through key metrics and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Schedule and host meetings for updates and reviews.
  • Solicit feedback and recommend system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business, science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of customer success or implementation experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency with office suite applications.
  • Track record as a strategic advisor to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • High standards for excellence and adherence to policies.
