Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Kalderos, you will ensure customers have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service, offering general support for their use of Kalderos’ applications, and facilitating process improvement efforts to enable Kalderos to scale effectively.

  • Serve as a product and industry ambassador.
  • Develop strategic value plans for customers.
  • Schedule and host meetings for status updates.
  • Report and monitor success through key metrics.
  • Evaluate risk management for each customer.
  • Leverage complex data sets for insights.
  • Own customer renewals and upsells.
  • Provide insight and relay the voice of customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or healthcare administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationships.
  • 3+ years in healthcare data management or similar SaaS products.
  • 2+ years with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in managing customer renewals.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • High level of proficiency with office suites.
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau or SQL.
  • Strong project management skills.
