The Mollak Officer plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the operational and financial processes linked to the Mollak system, which is instrumental in ensuring efficient community management and service delivery. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the Mollak framework and strong analytical capabilities.

In Short

  • Monitor and manage all accounts related to the Mollak system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
  • Assist property owners and residents with inquiries and issues related to the Mollak services.
  • Ensure timely processing of service charge invoices, payments, and associated documentation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare regular reports pertaining to service charge collections, delinquencies, and community expenses.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders, including community management teams and contractors, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on the Mollak processes and systems.
  • Stay updated on regulations and best practices concerning the Mollak framework and community management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the Mollak system.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures to streamline Mollak operations.
