Associate User Researcher - Remote

In this role, you will assist in research to create meaningful experiences for our players.

In Short

• Assist in data collection through interviews, usability studies, or survey analysis
• Conduct user research studies in partnership with a senior researcher
• Apply knowledge of games, heuristics, and best practices to analyzing video games
• Expand your knowledge of research methodologies
• Develop strong relationships with the research team
• Collaborate with game designers, engineers, live operations, and QA teams

Requirements

• Masters or equivalent schooling in a relevant field such as Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, or similar programs
• Knowledge of qualitative user research and analysis methods
• Competency in quantitative user research and data analysis methods such as descriptive statistics
• Strong understanding of best practices in User Experience and Game Design
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, persuasiveness, and the ability to make group presentations
• Ability to switch between multiple projects
• Familiarity with data
