Overview

JYSK is a rapidly expanding company with over 3500 stores worldwide, and we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in France and Belgium.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (calls, emails, chat).
  • Handle customer complaints and provide quick and qualitative solutions.
  • Process requests regarding undelivered or delayed orders.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via phone, email, and chat.
  • Upsell additional products.
  • Contribute to achieving service objectives and performance indicators.
  • Support stores and ensure optimal collaboration between stores and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments, distribution centers, and transporters.

Requirements

  • Degree (Bac+2 or +3) in customer service or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer contact skills, positive attitude, and attentive.
  • Ability to be convincing and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Quick, organized, and responsive.
  • Fluent in French (oral and written); good English skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in computer tools and Microsoft Office.
