• Lead and manage a distributed team of 4 UX designers across India and Ukraine.
• Define and drive UX strategies aligned to business outcomes and user needs.
• Ensure exceptional quality across all platforms (desktop, mobile, app).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Research.
• Use tools like Figma and Google Analytics to streamline workflows.
• 5+ years in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio.
• 1+ years of people management experience, ideally with remote teams.
• Comfortable managing at scale and jumping into design work when needed.
• Available for late evening or night hours to collaborate across time zones.
• Experience in B2C, consumer tech, or e-commerce environments is a plus.
