• Prospecting: Identify potential customers and create new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of prospects and determine whether they align with our products and services.
• Sales Meetings: Schedule meetings for the Director of Partnerships with qualified leads.
• CRM Management: Accurately log all prospect interactions and sales activities in HubSpot CRM.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the sales manager and team to refine outreach strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
• Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights from prospects to improve product offerings.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Must live in one of the listed states with initial travel required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
• Ability to adapt to changing sales processes.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• A genuine interest in the education sector.
