Overview

We are looking for a Customer Marketing & Education Analyst to develop and implement engagement and education strategies for Jusbrasil's clients, maximizing the value they perceive and obtain throughout their journey, focusing on retention, adoption, and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure updated and relevant educational content.
• Utilize data and customer feedback to refine campaigns and strategies.
• Experience in Customer Education, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage lateral relationships.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Education, Customer Marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to Marketing and Customer Experience.
• Familiarity with communication channels and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret customer behavior data.
• Experience in defining and tracking marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
