Overview

We are looking for a Candidate Experience Analyst to manage the candidate experience throughout the selection processes, from scheduling interviews to identifying improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Candidate Experience, Talent Acquisition, or People areas in tech companies or recruitment consultancies.
• Experience managing selection processes and interview scheduling.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Gupy, Lever, or similar).
• Knowledge in data analysis and recruitment funnel reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
