• Perform initial triage and analysis of user requests and monitoring alerts.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries through the customer service portal.

• Create support articles to share solutions with the team and end users.
• Share requests for new features and propose effective alternative solutions.
• Follow up with users to ensure technical issues are resolved.
• Collect user feedback and forward it to technical teams.
• Demonstrate skills such as confidence, active listening, and a positive approach.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different cultures.
• Possess intermediate English skills, especially in reading and writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (ongoing) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong team orientation and customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with help desk queue management.
• Familiarity with monitoring alerts and log analysis.
• Technical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure support (AWS).
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, OpsGenie) is a plus.
• Ability for self-directed learning.
