Overview

As an Engineering Manager for our AI Initiatives, you will provide direct leadership to an AI-focused engineering squad and be instrumental in shaping the technical execution of projects that drive Juniper Square's transformation into an AI-first organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7+ years of technical leadership experience.

• Experience in agile development environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Prior experience in engineering management is a plus.
