We are seeking a Part Time Human Resources Consultant to join our remote fractional HR consulting team! The position is initially part-time, hourly but may have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. You will be a dedicated resource to assigned accounts and perform a wide variety of HR activities to support small and scaling organizations. We work with companies that put their people first and place a high value on the HR experience.

In Short

• Provide strategic guidance across various HR disciplines.
• Develop company procedures and serve as a subject matter expert for multi-state employers.
• On-board and train new employees.
• Manage HR goals and deliverables in an agile manner.
• Implement company culture, values and policies.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents.
• Contribute to team blogs and training material as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HR.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with multi-state employment issues.
