• Complete New Hire onboarding and serve as the point of contact for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
• Audit company policy updates and ensure compliance.
• Work collaboratively with the People Operations team.
• Assist in training assignments and tracking.
• Participate in various HR audits.
• 1-2 years experience in an HR role preferred.
• Paylocity experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in an admin or entry-level HR role.
• Ability to work EST hours is preferred.
