Jump, AI for Financial Advisors, is looking for a Lead Security Engineer who is passionate about security and eager to take ownership of security practices within the company.

In Short

• Provide guidance and tools on secure coding principles.
• Analyze, fix, and test vulnerabilities.
• Conduct code reviews and audits for vulnerabilities.
• Monitor the security industry for new developments.
• Implement security tools to improve application security.
• Conduct threat modeling for applications and systems.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Manage security controls for cloud environments.
• Maintain documentation for security processes.

Requirements

• Strong passion for security.
• Proficiency in coding, especially in Elixir.
• Ability to work proactively and efficiently.
• Experience in secure coding and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with cloud security, especially AWS and GCP.
• Knowledge of relevant security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Experience with multi-tenant data isolation is a plus.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
