Requirements

• Experience mentoring security engineering teams.
• Ability to drive security initiatives across teams.
• Proven ability to translate complex security concepts.
• Track record of optimizing security triage processes.
• Hands-on coding experience in a modern programming language.
• Understanding of industry frameworks (SOC2, PCI, HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST).
