Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for Decision Support, aligning with company goals and payer needs
• Lead the design and scaling of clinical operations, establishing efficient workflows and processes to deliver high-quality, ROI-driven outcomes
• Own the P&L for Decision Support, driving growth, sales, and profitability through new and existing payer partnerships
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with health plan stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term collaboration
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of clinicians, analysts, and operational staff to scale Decision Support capabilities
• Represent Jukebox Health as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to conferences, white papers, and other forums
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Decision Support offering and incorporate innovation and feedback into product development
• Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to position Jukebox Health as a leader in home and community-based care solutions

Requirements

• Deep experience within LTSS and HCBS; past roles in LTSS plan leadership are a huge plus
• Demonstrable track record of building and scaling clinical or care management operations.
• Deep understanding of Medicaid LTSS programs, policies, and challenges
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
