Overview

As a Technical Customer Support representative at Judge.me, you will help enhance the customer experience by providing installation support, solving technical issues, and assisting users with app features.

In Short

  • Provide installation/onboarding for new users
  • Offer omnichannel support (chat, emails, social media, and forum)
  • Resolve technical issues or prepare them for developers
  • Answer questions about app features and settings
  • Improve users’ stores by fine-tuning settings/customizations
  • Demonstrate compassion for users’ problems and goals

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Technical skills: CSS, HTML, JavaScript (beginners accepted)
  • Positive attitude towards user success
  • Willingness to learn about e-commerce and technical aspects of the app
  • Minimum technical requirements include internet speed, hardware, and software specifications
