Overview

The Product Manager position at JOOR is an individual contributor role for experienced product individuals who are passionate about delighting users while delivering value to the business.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Proven experience conducting user research and data analysis.
• Experience with Pendo is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Expertise in product discovery techniques.
• Ability to prioritize based on business goals and user needs.
• Experience measuring product health and quality.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity.
• Confidence in decision-making.
