Overview

As an Operations Manager Intern, you’ll support the smooth running of our daily operations and help improve our service quality. You’ll gain hands-on experience working across departments, managing outsourced partners, and contributing to key operational initiatives.

In Short

• Support collaboration with outsourcing partners to ensure quality standards.
• Act as the voice of users by analyzing and sharing user feedback.
• Assist in auditing and improving internal processes.
• Work with Data and Business Operations teams on operational improvements.
• Monitor and coordinate day-to-day operations with outsourcing teams.
• Help monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and contribute to reporting.

Requirements

• Currently studying in business, engineering, or related field.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and care about user experience.
• Comfortable with data and eager to learn.
• Enjoy working collaboratively and solving problems.
• Native in French and fluent in English.
