Overview

The Johnson Controls Global Cyber Security (GCS) team is seeking a Security Operations Manager who will be a cyber security subject matter expert, responsible for leading Security Operations and Incident Response practices across North America.

• Lead Security Operations and Incident Response practices for North America.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to mitigate incidents in a timely manner.
• Conduct continuous process improvements for Security Operations and Incident Response.
• Collect, track, measure, and report metrics related to Security Operations.
• Identify and implement processes to enhance Security Operations capabilities.
• Manage team member workloads to focus on priorities.
• Partner with leaders to track and respond to emerging threats.
• 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security required.
• Advanced experience in threat intelligence and detection.
• Experience with EDR and SIEM tools.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of leadership and management experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Incident Response or related field.
• Advanced experience in threat intelligence and threat detection.
• Ability to recognize common attacker tools and tactics.
• Experience with various cyber security toolsets.
