Overview

The Product Manager is responsible for the overall growth of the assigned product segments under Fire Suppression, Firefighter Air Replenishment Systems (FARS), focusing on integrating businesses, driving revenue, and managing product lifecycles.

• Lead product management for Fire Suppression and FARS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of business experience.
• At least 3 years in product management.
• Experience with phased-gate product development.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a matrix business structure.
• Experience in fire protection or related industries is preferred.
• MBA is a plus.
• Experience in acquisitions and integrations.
• Advocacy experience in the fire service industry.
