Channel Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Channel Development Specialist will play a key role in driving parts sales opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing accounts while working remotely.

In Short

• Interact with various internal teams to identify and secure parts sales opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts to achieve sales goals.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities through various communication methods.
• Utilize Power BI to analyze sales trends and report findings.
• Serve as a primary channel of information for customers regarding marketing initiatives.
• Train customers on system tools and warranty processing.
• Conduct voice of the customer interviews to understand customer needs.
• Fulfill field requirements for customer-specific sales reporting.
• Work remotely servicing accounts on the western half of the US.
• Collaborate with the Global Parts Management Team to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record of working remotely with strong self-discipline.
• Experience using Salesforce and an ERP system.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
