Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international logistics project. This is a fully remote, full-time role designed for candidates seeking long-term stability, professional growth, and a supportive multicultural environment.

In Short

  • Provide customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery updates, delays, and service inquiries.
  • Offer accurate information and handle cases in accordance with project procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and friendly communication during all interactions.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Native or fluent Italian and good English communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer service mindset.
  • Rotating 8-hour daily shifts from Monday to Friday.

Benefits

  • 1100 EUR gross monthly salary.
  • Performance bonus up to 15% based on KPIs and targets.
  • Salary increase to 1150 EUR gross after 36 months of employment.
  • Relocation package for EU candidates, including two weeks of hotel accommodation, one-way flight ticket (within the EU), airport pick-up, and real estate agency fee covered.
