Consultant (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Consultant (m/f/d) for one of our clients. We are jobsmatter, a modern personnel consulting firm recruiting specialists and executives across Germany for various companies.

In Short

• Analyze business processes, organizations, and market environments.
• Develop and implement strategies, concepts, and measures for efficiency enhancement and transformation.
• Create business cases, market and competitive analyses, and presentations for management.
• Manage and accompany projects at clients' sites and remotely.
• Prepare and moderate workshops and meetings with decision-makers.
• Support digital transformation, change management programs, and organizational restructuring.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or similar qualification.
• First to several years of experience in consulting or a relevant professional function (e.g., strategy, organization, transformation).
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and quick comprehension.
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and presentation skills at management level.
• High willingness to travel and flexibility (depending on the project).
• Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
