Overview

The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with billing inquiries and ensuring they receive the support they need in a timely manner.

In Short

  • Act as a billing liaison between clients and the company.
  • Resolve customer queries via phone and email.
  • Follow up on returned claims and other billing responsibilities.
  • Keep clients informed of billing and payment status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client cases.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to client accounts.
  • Work on a scheduled shift and holidays.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in billing customer service.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or medical billing is a plus.
  • Experience in bank reconciliation and payment posting is helpful.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
