Overview

We are looking for a Product Development Coordinator who’s highly organized and comfortable juggling lots of moving parts to help keep our product development team running smoothly.

In Short

• Review product and packaging files for accuracy.
• Submit materials across 40+ licensing platforms.
• Read and share licensor feedback with designers.
• Double-check packaging files before factory submission.
• Communicate clearly across teams and provide direction to designers based on feedback.
• Full-time hours from 4am–11am PST.
• Work in a fast-moving, creative environment.
• Ensure smooth transitions from licensing to factory handoff.
• Collaborate with major retailers like Walmart and Target.
