Overview

The Producer Development Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of the organization’s Sales Acceleration Program, supporting high-performing, early-career producers over a structured 2.5-year period.

In Short

• Coordinate all operational aspects of the Sales Acceleration Program.
• Serve as the main point of contact for program participants.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and event coordination.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver content.
• Maintain program documentation and participant records.
• Assist with participant selection and onboarding.
• Gather feedback and monitor program progress.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Support other sales enablement and talent development initiatives.
• Travel expected 5+ times per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination or related areas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
