We’re looking for a Marketing, Content & Social Media Manager (or agency partner) who can take full ownership of our content calendar and lead campaign execution across channels. The ideal fit brings a balance of strategic organization (managing campaigns and calendars) and creative execution (design, storytelling, short-form video).

In Short

  • Build and manage a unified content and campaign calendar.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer teams to align activities.
  • Ensure content deadlines and deliverables are met across all channels.
  • Own Bench by Mainstreet’s social presence across all major platforms.
  • Create content that tells business owner success stories and highlights our value.
  • Produce and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Ideate, design, and deliver visually compelling creative assets.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to source stories and insights.
  • Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion across content and campaigns.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in marketing, content, or social media management (or agency equivalent).
  • Proven success managing multi-channel social media and content campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design eye, creativity, and short-form video skills.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing ability.
  • Proficiency with creative/design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma, etc.).
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and able to balance strategy + execution.
