Technical Trainer / Technical Writer - Remote

Overview

This role focuses on delivering high-quality technical training and documentation in a dynamic, fast-paced IT and cybersecurity environment.

In Short

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on IT systems, software, hardware, and networks.
• Present complex technical concepts in an accessible way for audiences with varied skill levels.
• Utilize diverse training tools and media formats including slide decks, e-learning platforms, videos, and interactive demos.
• Create and maintain course materials, manuals, user guides, job aids, and Knowledge Base articles.
• Assess and improve training effectiveness based on participant feedback.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to identify training needs and update documentation.
• Assist in editing and maintaining government-required security and compliance documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow to support incident resolution.
• Comply with relevant security and privacy standards such as HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53.
