In Short

• Provide Tier III engineering support for Azure and Microsoft server technologies.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Act as an escalation point for Tier II administrators.
• Collaborate with architects to develop new service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement processes.
• Manage and maintain cloud resources, including Azure networking.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical systems support.

Requirements

• Experience with Azure and Microsoft server technologies.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Proven experience in system management and performance monitoring.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Experience in automation and process optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
