Senior Software Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

This role involves supporting and optimizing the Imagine billing platform used in revenue cycle operations, ensuring accurate configuration and maintenance of systems.

In Short

• Support and optimize the Imagine billing platform.
• Ensure accurate configuration and maintenance of payer rules.
• Act as a liaison between IT and revenue cycle management.
• Participate in onboarding planning with stakeholders.
• Validate system requirements and update onboarding checklists.
• Create and maintain user access and security protocols.
• Coordinate data migration and validate accuracy.
• Lead testing and readiness for system go-live.
• Configure operational reports and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management systems administration.
• 2+ years of experience with Imagine software (certification preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of Imagine Billing Software and reporting tools.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics and audits.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing workflows, especially in radiology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
