Senior Product Designer - Remote

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and shape the design of complex, multi-platform digital products. You will drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery and user research to high-fidelity design and motion-enhanced prototypes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that design solutions align with both user needs and business goals while mentoring junior designers and advocating for design quality. The role emphasizes design systems, visual and motion design, and creating scalable, elegant experiences that delight users and elevate product standards. You will operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

In Short

• Lead discovery and requirements definition through stakeholder interviews, UX audits, user research, and competitive analysis.
• Develop high-quality UX artifacts including personas, journey maps, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Drive creative vision for programs, balancing user needs and business objectives with scalable design solutions.
• Produce motion-enhanced and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• Collaborate with engineers and QA teams to ensure design integrity and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Manage client-facing reviews, provide feedback, and ensure alignment of design outcomes.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development and design excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product design, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Understanding of front-end development principles.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
