Senior Product Designer - Remote

This is a fully remote role where you’ll play a central part in shaping impactful, user-driven digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will lead the design process end-to-end — from discovery to delivery — crafting intuitive and visually compelling solutions that delight users and drive business results. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll apply design thinking principles to create scalable, high-quality interfaces and help establish a design-driven culture within a fast-growing SaaS organization. In Short

• Lead the entire design lifecycle — from user research and discovery to ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
• Organize and facilitate design workshops to foster collaboration, alignment, and innovation across teams.
• Create elegant, user-centered solutions that balance usability, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Develop interactive prototypes and polished UI designs, refining them through user feedback and data analysis.
• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring scalability and coherence across products and devices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Build empathy with users through research and storytelling, turning insights into design improvements that enhance workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
