In Short

• Develop and validate physics-based models for mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Build plant and controller models for complex systems such as landing gear, actuation systems, and slat/flap mechanisms.
• Conduct performance analyses, system robustness studies, and provide design input to improve product development.
• Lead projects, ensuring delivery on time, within cost, and with high quality standards.
• Mentor, train, and guide junior engineers to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prepare technical and business proposals for advanced methods, innovation initiatives, and research publications.
• Contribute to standardization efforts, including lessons learned, checklists, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in developing physics-based models.
• Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, Simscape, AMESim, or Dymola.
• Background in aerospace or automotive systems.
• Experience in controls and CAD-based modeling.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with global stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct performance analyses.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.
